Parents or guardians who provide consent for their child's use of the Service agree to be bound by these Terms in respect of the child's use.
2. Educational Disclaimer
GradeGrow provides educational tools and AI-driven insights intended to assist in learning. However, we make no guarantees regarding academic outcomes, exam results (including but not limited to 11+, GCSE, or SAT), or specific improvements in vocabulary or grades. Success depends on individual effort and external factors beyond our control.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GradeGrow Education. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of local, state, or international laws.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
- Use automated systems (bots, spiders) to scrape data from the Service.

6. AI-Generated Insights
Our Service utilizes AI to provide feedback and analysis. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. GradeGrow is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GradeGrow Education and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GradeGrow Education is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
